HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

To make an exchange of a product purchased at www.valce.com.co:

Contact our WhatsApp line +57 316 2743413 or our email valce.lifestyle@gmail.com during business hours M-F from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm to coordinate the exchange process and the collection of your product.

The exchange can be made by size (as long as it is available)
If you want to exchange for another reference, it is necessary that it has the same value as the one you purchased (considering its discount).
If it is a totally different product than the one you purchased, the value of your purchase will be considered in your favor and you can make the payment of the excess for the new reference.

To carry out the return process, the product must be properly packaged. Use the same packaging in which you received the order or a different one that protects the product during the transport process.

To make an exchange, the product must be in perfect condition, clean, unused, with labels and tags. Exchanges of personal use products are not allowed (socks, face masks, caps or other personal use products)

The exchange of a product can be made up to thirty (30) days after your purchase (Billing date).

What is the process?

1. Once you contact us, we reserve the clothes you want.

2. We will schedule the collection of your clothes at the address you give us, the cost of the freight must be assumed by you.

3. When the clothes arrive, we will verify that everything is fine and we will send you the new item. The cost of shipping to your home is assumed by you.

4. If you have to pay any excess or you have any balance in your favor, we will send you all the information to your email or WhatsApp

5. If the clothes you sent us do not meet these conditions, we can reserve the possibility of not making the change

Important: if the carriers with which we have an agreement are not collecting packages in your area, you can give us an alternative address or send us the clothes by your own means, in this case VALCE® does not assume the shipping costs.

Changes do not apply when there are promotions in the online store.

WARRANTY POLICIES

To make a product return under warranty, the garment may be used, without tags and without labels. The products will have a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase. The product must not be modified by the buyer or altered from its original state, and must also be in good condition and clean.

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY RETURN?

To make a warranty return for a product you purchased at www.valce.com.co

contact our WhatsApp line +57 316 2743413 or our email valce.lifestyle.com during business hours M-F from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm and we will inform you about the warranty return you wish to make. This will be made with the delivery of a coupon with a balance in pesos in your favor for the value of the defective garment, once it is received at the address indicated to you. To redeem this coupon, the value charged to the code ($) must be spent in a single transaction.

The product must be properly packaged. Use packaging that protects the product during the transportation process.

In this case, the shipping cost is borne by VALCE®. Remember that a warranty claim for a product can be made up to thirty (30) days after your purchase (Billing Date). If the defect does not meet the conditions for warranty returns, we will inform you by email of the reason why we did not make the return and the product will be sent back to the initial delivery address.

PRODUCT MAINTENANCE

We would like to draw your attention to the washing and maintenance instructions printed on the product labels, as we will not be liable for any damage resulting from incorrect handling or use of the products, including use contrary to the instructions.

WHAT TO DO IF THE PRODUCT THAT ARRIVED WAS NOT THE ONE YOU BOUGHT?

In the event that you have received an incorrect delivery, meaning that the product you received does not match the one you purchased, you must follow the following steps so that you can receive the product you ordered:

1. Make the incorrect delivery request, contact us at the WhatsApp line +57 316 2743413 or at our email valce.lifestyle@gmail.com during business hours M-F from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. You must do so within 3 business days after receiving the product.

2. We will schedule the collection of your product, shipping costs will be covered by VALCE®

3. The product must be unused, clean, with labels and tags, in perfect condition (original packaging) and properly packaged. Use the same packaging in which you received the order or a different one that protects the product during the transport process.

4. Once the product has been collected, if it meets the conditions mentioned above (if it does not meet them, the process cannot continue) you will receive your correct order between 2 and 5 business days.**

5. If your product is not available, we will contact you to refund the money equivalent to the purchased product.

6. We will always ask for the person who placed the order. If they are not available, it will be left at the corresponding address. The products or orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer, not necessarily to the person who placed the order.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For money returns, due to reasons of withdrawal in the purchase, the refund is made by subtracting 25% of the cost of the product, the cost of shipping and the 7% that corresponds to commissions of the payment platform.

In accordance with the right of withdrawal established by law 1480 of 2011 art. 47, the maximum term to exercise this right is 5 business days counted from the delivery of the good or the moment in which you received the product. The product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, it must be in perfect condition, that is, unused, clean, with the labels and tags. The transportation costs and others incurred in the return of the product to the VALCE® facilities will be assumed by the user. In case all the conditions mentioned are met, VALCE® will return the amount equivalent to the returned product or products in the form of vouchers for the website (www.valce.com.co), the term for the refund of the money may not exceed 30 calendar days. According to numeral 7 of article 47 of law 1480, personal use goods (Caps, Socks) are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

To manage the return of a product due to the right of withdrawal you must do so through our email (valce.lifestyle@gmail.com) In this case the shipping cost is on your account.

MONEY BACK

Total or partial money back for any reason will be made in the form of vouchers to be used on the website (www.valce.com.co).
